Job Description
Loan Officer
Job Duties:
Ensures accuracy and timeliness of operational duties for loan processes to include but not limited to:
- Prospecting originations via ongoing relationships in business networking.
- Provide Pre-Approvals by providing qualifying loans terms that are in the best interest of the client.
- Communicate with customers and collect loan application and loan processing documents.
- Monitoring loans for consistency of work quality pertaining to lending policies and procedures.
- Completing Conditional Approval process for each loan file in process.
- Maintaining complete loan files in accordance with post-close compliance requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential loans preferred.
- Highly organized, high attention to detail.
- Able to communicate effectively with borrowers, builders and realtors.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
- Able to perform duties with minimal to no management.
- Option to work remote/hybrid.
