This has been by far the most seamless mortgage loan application ever (this is our second home purchase). First Thing First - Joe is a wonderful person and very patient personality! If You are first time home buyer then Joe is a mentor, he helped me understand the process and mortgage impacts by bonds and markets. If you are thinking it was a marketing tactic, then you are wrong! He was upfront aware that I am working with couple of other mortgage companies and very lucrative offers from builder himself! He never ever pushed me to take a decision and was very prompt on my queries and question OR any re-quotes( several to say). Also, on the closing day he was very professional and ethical on closing the deal as promised still there was a glitch from financing company. Let me just say nothing can go wrong if you are working with Alyson. She closed a loan which was so complicated and many loan agents tried and failed. In this kind of process you need someone very professional and knowledgeable. If Alyson is your loan agent you couldn't ask for more.
I am a kind of guy who wants to be updated every step of the way and Alyson managed to do that. She doesn't get tired explaining the process to you. If she knows the loan process is not going to go through Alyson will tell you upfront and don't waste your time.
